What sizes and configurations does ACE Arte offer?

The ACE Arte price list W.E.F. 21-08-2026 prints three configurations by tentative size*: a 3 BHK of 1,927 sq.ft, a 4 BHK of 2,614 sq.ft and a 4 BHK + S of 4,370 sq.ft, all three marked "Tentative Sizes*" on the list, and the ACE Arte price list names no area basis for those sizes.

What does the dated ACE Arte price list print, and what do the rates mean?

The ACE Arte price list is headed W.E.F. 21-08-2026 and prints a launch BSP of ₹21,995/sq.ft*, a pre-launch discount of ₹5,000/sq.ft and a pre-launch BSP of ₹16,995/sq.ft*, with the same three rates repeated on every configuration row, so only the size and the benefit column change by configuration.

The ACE Arte payment plan printed on the price list W.E.F. 21-08-2026 is called 20X5, five blocks of 20% of the base sale price, with the first block split into two payments of 10%.
