Sector 150 Noida: Where It Sits, What Is Registered There, and What to Verify
This page is written for the buyer who is looking at the sector before looking at a project. Our sales desk is an independent UP-RERA registered channel partner (UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026), not the developer, and everything below is either sourced from a document we have read, from the government register, or attributed to whoever claimed it. Page written 3 September 2026.
Quick answer
Sector 150 sits at Noida's southern edge with frontage on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the Sector 148 Aqua Line metro about 3.2 to 4 km away, and Yamuna Expressway access nearby. It is a designated Sports City zone. Two ACE Group projects we track are registered here: ACE Parkway, delivered, and ACE Arte, registered 28 July 2026.
What is Sector 150 Noida, and where does it sit?
Sector 150 is a sector of Noida in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, at the southern end of the city where Noida meets Greater Noida. It fronts the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway directly, which means the sector's main road access is the expressway itself rather than an internal feeder grid.
The planning fact that shapes everything else about the address is its designation: Sector 150 is a Sports City zone under the Noida Authority masterplan, a mandate that caps residential density across the sector and reserves large areas as green. That is why the sector reads as open and low-rise-adjacent compared with older Noida sectors at similar price points, and also why it has almost no civic infrastructure inside its own boundary. Schools, hospitals and offices are all a drive away. Our Sector 150 connectivity guide carries the full distance and travel-time table for each of them, so this page does not repeat it.
How is Sector 150 connected?
Four pieces of infrastructure define the sector's access, and each is at a different stage of life. We state the stage alongside the fact, because that difference is what buyers get wrong.
- Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Built and in use. Sector 150 has direct frontage on it.
- Sector 148 metro, Aqua Line. Operating. It is the nearest station, roughly 3.2 to 4 km away by road; there is no station inside Sector 150 itself. The Aqua Line extension approved in February 2026 puts its new stations along the Botanical Garden to Sector 142 corridor, not inside this sector, so the benefit here is an easier onward interchange rather than a new stop.
- Yamuna Expressway. Built and in use. Access is roughly 3 to 7 km from the sector via Pari Chowk, and it is the primary road toward the airport.
- Noida International Airport, Jewar. Operational since June 2026, roughly 35 to 46 km from the sector. This is the single largest change to the corridor's position in the last decade, and it is the reason a southern Noida address now reads differently to a frequent flyer than it did in 2024.
All distances and times above are as recorded in our Sector 150 connectivity guide, which is the page we maintain for that data and update when a status changes. The international cricket stadium that appears in almost every description of this corridor deserves its stage stated plainly too: our connectivity guide records it as UPCA-approved and planned, targeted around 2028, and not yet built.
What does the ACE Arte announcement flyer claim about this sector?
ACE Group's announcement flyer for ACE Arte makes several claims about the sector itself, and those claims belong to the flyer rather than to us. We publish them as attributed developer statements, and we have not measured any of them independently:
- The flyer describes the address as the "greenest sector in Noida with a golf course in the sector".
- The flyer places the project near Noida International Airport and the international cricket stadium.
- For the project itself, the flyer states 784 units across 14.83 acres and 11 towers, describing a low-density project with an expansive central green and a spacious clubhouse.
Read from ACE Group's ACE Arte announcement flyer. These are the developer's claims about the sector and the project, quoted as the flyer states them. Separately, press coverage dated 1 September 2026 uses the phrase "784 homes". Treat marketing descriptions of any sector, ours included, as a starting point for questions rather than as verified fact.
Which registered projects sit in Sector 150?
Two, in what we track and can support from the register or from our own pages. This is not a list of everything registered in Sector 150, and we are not presenting it as one.
| Project | UP-RERA registration | Stage |
|---|---|---|
| ACE Parkway (the original) | UPRERAPRJ4514, registered 9 August 2017 | Delivered and ready to move |
| ACE Arte (marketed as ACE Parkway 2.0) | UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026, registered 28.07.2026 | Registered, under construction |
These are two separate projects by the same promoter, ACE Infracity Developers, in the same sector, each with its own registration and its own figures. The original ACE Parkway's numbers do not describe ACE Arte and should never be quoted for it, which is the confusion we untangle record by record on our RERA record page. Other developers hold registrations in Sector 150 as well; the way to see them is to search the sector yourself on the government register at up-rera.in/projects, which is UP-RERA's portal, not ours.
What should you verify before you book anywhere in this sector?
Four checks, in this order. They apply to any project in Sector 150, including the one this site covers, and each one takes minutes.
1. Find the register number on up-rera.in, not on the marketing site
Every registered project has a number, and it is the government register that makes that number mean anything. Go to up-rera.in/projects and search the registered name or the number itself. For ACE Arte that is UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026, registered 28.07.2026. Note that the registered name and the marketed name can differ, as they do here, so search the registered one. What each document behind that registration is, and how to read the entry, is on our RERA record page.
2. Pay only into the project's named RERA collection account
A registered project has a designated collection account tied to that project by name, and money for it belongs nowhere else. Ask the developer for the account in writing and match the project name on the account against the project you are booking. ACE Arte's is at ICICI Bank Limited, Branch Sector-132 Noida, in the name of the promoter's collection account for ACE Arte, with cheques and demand drafts favouring "ACE INFRACITY DEVELOPERS PVT. LTD. RERA COLLECTION A/C - ACE ARTE", payable at Delhi. The full account details are on our RERA bank accounts page. If anyone asks you to pay a channel partner rather than the developer's designated account, that is where the conversation should stop.
3. Get the area basis written into the Agreement for Sale
This is the check buyers skip most often. A size in square feet means nothing until you know what it measures. ACE Arte's price list W.E.F. 21-08-2026 prints three sizes, 1,927 sq.ft for the 3 BHK, 2,614 sq.ft for the 4 BHK and 4,370 sq.ft for the 4 BHK with servant, all marked "Tentative Sizes*", and the list names no area basis at all. That is normal for a launch list and it is also exactly why the basis has to be pinned in the Agreement for Sale, where RERA makes carpet area the defined term. Ask which basis your rate is quoted against, and get the answer in writing. The three sizes and what each works out to are on our ACE Arte sizes page, and the rates themselves on the price list page.
4. Read what triggers each payment milestone
A construction-linked plan is only as good as the events that trigger it. ACE Arte's 20X5 plan runs 10% on booking, 10% within 30 days, then 20% after ground-floor slab casting, 20% after 10th-floor slab casting, 20% on completion of the super structure, and 20% plus other charges on offer of possession. Read every trigger as a physical event you can go and look at. Then ask for the charge heads separately: PLC, GST and other charges are extra on the price list with no rupee figure printed against them, so a written cost sheet for your specific unit is the document that actually tells you the outgo. Our 20X5 payment plan page sets the schedule out in full, and the specifications page covers what the price buys inside the walls.
Where does ACE Arte sit in this picture?
ACE Parkway 2.0, registered as ACE Arte, is the Sector 150 project this site covers. Its price list W.E.F. 21-08-2026 prints a launch BSP of Rs 21,995/sq.ft* and a pre-launch BSP of Rs 16,995/sq.ft* after a pre-launch discount of Rs 5,000/sq.ft, with PLC, GST and other charges extra and prices subject to change at the company's sole discretion. Booking runs on an expression of interest with a priority number on a first-come-first-serve basis, and the list prints one refund guarantee worth knowing before you commit: full payment refunded without any deduction if a unit is not allotted. How that sequence runs is on our EOI process page.
The original ACE Parkway, delivered and occupied in the same sector under UPRERAPRJ4514, is a separate project and the reason a buyer can go and look at this promoter's finished work a short drive from the new one. That is a rarer form of evidence than a brochure, and it is available to you without asking anyone's permission.
Looking at Sector 150 rather than at one project? Our desk sends the dated documents for ACE Arte, the price list, the sizes and the specification sheet, alongside the register links you can check independently. No obligation, and no cost to you either way.
You buy directly from ACE Group, in your own name, with all payments to the developer's designated account. Our sales desk is an authorised channel partner paid by ACE Group, so there is no extra cost to you either way, and this is not ACE Group's official website.
Key points
- Sector 150 sits at Noida's southern edge with direct frontage on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and is designated a Sports City zone under the Noida Authority masterplan, which caps residential density.
- The nearest metro is Sector 148 on the Aqua Line, roughly 3.2 to 4 km away; there is no station inside the sector. Noida International Airport at Jewar is roughly 35 to 46 km away and operational since June 2026. Full distances are in our connectivity guide.
- The green cover, the golf course in the sector and the nearby stadium are claims from ACE Group's ACE Arte announcement flyer, quoted here as the flyer states them, not measured by our desk.
- The two registered projects we track in Sector 150 are ACE Parkway (UPRERAPRJ4514, 9 August 2017, delivered) and ACE Arte (UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026, registered 28.07.2026). This is what we track, not a full list of the sector.
- Before booking anywhere here: verify the number on up-rera.in/projects, pay only into the project's named RERA collection account, get the area basis written into the Agreement for Sale, and read what physically triggers each payment milestone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is Sector 150 Noida?
Sector 150 sits at the southern end of Noida in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, with frontage on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Greater Noida immediately beyond it. Our connectivity guide records the Sector 148 Aqua Line metro roughly 3.2 to 4 km away by road and Yamuna Expressway access roughly 3 to 7 km away via Pari Chowk, which is also the route toward Noida International Airport at Jewar.
Is there a metro station inside Sector 150 Noida?
No. The nearest station is Sector 148 on the Aqua Line, roughly 3.2 to 4 km away by road, per our Sector 150 connectivity guide. There is no station inside the sector itself, and the Aqua Line extension approved in February 2026 adds its new stations along the Botanical Garden to Sector 142 corridor rather than inside Sector 150. Commute times and the live interchange status are on the connectivity guide.
Which projects in Sector 150 Noida are RERA registered?
The two we track in this sector are both ACE Group filings. ACE Parkway, the original and delivered project, is registered as UPRERAPRJ4514, dated 9 August 2017. ACE Arte, marketed as ACE Parkway 2.0, is registered as UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026, registered 28.07.2026. Other developers hold registrations in Sector 150 as well; we do not publish a list we have not verified record by record. Search the sector yourself on the government register at up-rera.in/projects.
Does Sector 150 Noida have a golf course?
The ACE Arte announcement flyer describes the address as the greenest sector in Noida with a golf course in the sector. That is the developer's claim on its own flyer, and we publish it as the flyer's wording rather than as something our desk has measured or verified on the ground. If a golf course matters to your decision, ask for the specific facility, its operator and its status in writing before you book.
Is Sector 150 Noida a good place to buy?
That depends on what you are buying for, and the honest answer is that the sector's case rests on things you can check rather than things we can promise. In its favour: expressway frontage, the Sports City designation that caps residential density, and Noida International Airport at Jewar now operational roughly 35 to 46 km away. Against a short horizon: schools, hospitals and offices sit outside the sector, and the cricket stadium inside it is approved and planned rather than built. Run the four checks on this page before you book anywhere here.
Sector 150 Noida mein flat lene se pehle kya check karna chahiye?
Chaar cheezein, kisi bhi project mein. Pehla, RERA number khud up-rera.in/projects par search kariye, kyunki wahi sarkari register hai, hamari site nahi. Doosra, paisa sirf us project ke naam wale RERA collection account mein jaaye, promoter ke kisi aur account mein nahi. Teesra, area basis Agreement for Sale mein likha hua maangiye, kyunki ACE Arte ki price list sizes ko Tentative Sizes* likhti hai aur koi area basis print nahi karti. Chautha, payment ke milestones kis cheez se trigger hote hain, woh likhit mein confirm kar lijiye.
