The expressway itself is the sector's main spine.

Yamuna Expressway

The Yamuna Expressway — connecting Greater Noida to Agra via Mathura — is accessible approximately 3–5 km from Sector 150 via Pari Chowk. It doubles as the primary corridor to Jewar airport. For residents who travel south or fly frequently, this access is among the sector's clearest practical advantages in 2026.

FNG Expressway (Under Construction)

The Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway is under construction. Once complete, it will create an east–west bypass linking Faridabad and Ghaziabad through Noida, broadening commute options beyond the current north–south expressway axis.

Metro Connectivity

The nearest Aqua Line station is Sector 148, approximately 3–4 km from Sector 150 by road. There is no metro station inside Sector 150 — the sector is designated as a green belt and Sports City zone, not a transit node. Feeder cabs and autos bridge the gap to the metro. The Aqua Line currently runs through the Greater Noida corridor; any further extension remains a separate ongoing project.

Noida International Airport — Jewar

Noida International Airport at Jewar became operational in June 2026, marking a structural shift in connectivity for the NCR's southern and eastern suburbs. Sector 150 is approximately 38–46 km from Jewar, with estimated off-peak travel times of 40–45 minutes on the Yamuna Expressway — comfortably under an hour.

For frequent business travellers and NRI buyers, a second international airport this close reduces dependence on IGI Delhi and its approach-road congestion. Sector 150 is among the NCR locations where Jewar's opening makes a tangible practical difference rather than a statistical one.

Sports City and Green Spaces

Sector 150 is formally designated as a Sports City under the Noida Authority masterplan. The ~600-acre Sports City mandate caps residential density and mandates the preservation of large green reserves — an unusual protection for a Noida sector at this price point.

• UPCA international cricket stadium — 31 acres; UPCA-approved with a planned capacity of 35,000 seats. Status: approved and planned; targeted completion around 2028. Not yet built.
• Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park — a 42-acre landscaped park in proximity to the sector.
• Green-belt mandate — the Sports City zoning structurally limits the density creep seen in older Noida sectors, preserving the open character of the address over the long term.

Schools and Hospitals

Sector 150 is predominantly a green and sports zone. No schools or hospitals are located within the sector boundaries. Residents should plan around the nearest available options:

Schools (~7–8 km): Sanfort World School, K.R. Mangalam World School, and Sheoran International are approximately 15–20 minutes by road during off-peak hours.

Hospitals (~8–15 km): Yatharth Hospital, Kailash Hospital, and Felix Hospital are 15–25 minutes away depending on traffic. Emergency routing is worth planning in advance given the distance.

The absence of civic amenities inside Sector 150 is a direct function of its green-belt designation — a deliberate planning choice rather than a gap in development.

ACE Parkway 2.0 — Location in Context

ACE Parkway 2.0 is a new pre-launch project by ACE Group (ACE Infracity Developers) in Sector 150, Noida Expressway. It is a distinct project from the original ACE Parkway, which is delivered and ready to move. RERA: UP-RERA UPRERAPRJ4514 — verify at up-rera.in.

The project offers indicative 3 BHK (~1,900 sq.ft) and 4 BHK (~2,600 sq.ft; ~4,400 sq.ft with servant quarter) configurations across approximately 15 acres and 11 towers.
