- EOI: From ₹10 lakh, fully refundable. This is an Expression of Interest only — it is not a booking or allotment and creates no right in any unit.
- Indicative pricing: Pre-launch rate of approximately ₹16,995/sq.ft, with an indicative step-up to approximately ₹21,995/sq.ft expected at formal launch. 3 BHK from approximately ₹3.22 Cr. All figures indicative and subject to change; the registered price is confirmed only in the Agreement for Sale.
- Configurations: 3 BHK (~1,900 sq.ft), 4 BHK (~2,600 sq.ft) and 4 BHK + Servant (~4,400 sq.ft) — indicative, across approximately 15 acres and 11 towers.
- Location: Sector 150, at the confluence of the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, Yamuna Expressway and FNG corridor; Aqua Line metro (Sector 148) approximately 3–4 km away; Noida International Airport, Jewar — operational since June 2026 — approximately 38–46 km / 40–45 minutes.
- Developer: ACE Group, active since 2010, with 15M+ sq.ft delivered and 10,000+ families housed across Noida and Greater Noida.
